We (Paramanandherbs.com or Paramanand Ayurveda Private Limited) try our best to satisfy our customer, however, sometimes for some reasons, customers wish to return our product and claim for refund. We only want the customer to be satisfied hence we have created the return and refund policy. As per our return policy, one can wish to return the delivered product within 7 days after the delivery date. After 7 days have gone by since you received your product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you have to show a receipt or proof of purchase (bill).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation regarding the same. After that, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method (Credit card, Debit card, Net banking etc.) of payment, within a certain period of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your payment within the given time period, first check your bank account again, then, contact your credit card company because it may take time before your refund id officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@paramanandherbs.com or our “Contact-Us” page.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@paramanandaherbs.com containing your bill no. For any query or suggestion, feel free to contact us through our Contact-us page or support@paramanandherbs.com
